I can install a variety of plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and more. I normally like to supply and install fixtures however I do install customer supplied items as well.

Every call varies depending upon the issue and complexity to rectify. I charge time and materials, there is a standard service call fee which is $140 +tax this covers the first hour at your property and materials are charged extra if needed. Any additional hours are $100+tax. I do have some set charges associated with some of my services and my supplied items like toilets and faucets but these prices are made based off time and materials.

Most of my estimates are free as lot of my work I estimate from customer photos. I would make a site visit on larger projects this would also be free but site visit estimates are at limited times during the week, so you may need to be available at time that is unfortunately more convenient for me. I can come at a time when you require but a charge would be applied.

I am currently a sole proprietor business run by myself. I am looking for an apprentice but haven't got round to getting one on board yet. I do use a couple other journeyman plumbers for larger projects however they work in with me and will not attend the job without me.
